Milonga del Viernes , is a monthly milonga held on the first Friday of each month and organized by the Tango del Jueves team. In the beautiful Binks Hall, we aim to bring you a lovely evening of tango and community where the relaxed atmosphere promotes warm embraces and friendly chat.

In May, we have Tom Pringle as our DJ.

Following on from the previous successful shoe sale we thought we could do a pre-loved tango clothes and shoes sale at this event, both male and female items. So, if you have anything you’ve loved dancing in but feel it’s time to let it go…..maybe to make room for more!?……..why not bring it along that night. All we need you to do is to put a tag on the item (could be an old gift tag) with your name and the price you’d like to sell it for. We’ll have a rail, mirror and space for trying things on, and also a sheet to record all sales. Please bring the items on the night (if you’re not going to be there on the night you can hand it to us on Thursday. We’ll be looking for helpers . Any questions, just ask! If you’re up for a bargain remember to bring cash.

Time: 8.00-11.45 pm

Entry Fee: £8.00 (prepay at our TDJ practica on Thursdays or at door – cash and card payments now accepted)

Snacks and water will be provided but feel free to bring your own favourite tipple! 😉

Whilst there are no legal covid requirements required we still aim to try keep everyone safe and healthy as possible and so we ask that you consider the following:
* Should you feel unwell in any way, cold symptoms, headache etc, please do not attend. Get well and keep others safe.
* Please use the available hand sanitizers or wash your hands regularly.
