Nationwide silence for the Queen
A one-minute silence will be held across the UK at 8pm on Sunday 18 September, the night before the Queen’s funeral. All members of the public are invited to observe the silence wherever they are at the time. We will therefore pause the milonga just prior to 8pm to allow everyone who wishes to participate to join in the nationwide observance at The Counting House and to give everyone who would rather not participate time to leave the room for a few minutes. After the one-minute silence is over the milonga will resume as normal.
